The outstanding work of our conveyancing teams across our six South Wales offices has again been recognised by a leading national conveyancing organisation as we have been shortlisted in the Regional Conveyancing Firm (Wales and West Midlands) and Direct Conveyancing Firm categories of the Law Firm Services (LFS) Awards.

About the Awards

We will be attending the LFS Gala Awards Dinner in The Vox Conference Centre, Birmingham to find out if we can repeat our success of previous years where we have won the regional category for the past four years and the overall title for the two previous years.

Regardless of the outcome, we are delighted to be shortlisted and, as we always do, would like to express our thanks to all our fantastic team who constantly deliver an exemplary conveyancing service on behalf of our clients.

Last year, over 100 conveyancing firms from across the UK entered the awards and it’s our understanding that this number has been exceeded in 2018. The judges for this year’s competition include senior personnel from companies and organisations involved in the residential property industry including regulatory bodies, Chartered Surveyors and national estate agency chains.

Mark Hobbs, Managing Partner of Howells Solicitors is thrilled to be shortlisted and commenting on the news said:

“Once again our conveyancing teams have been recognised as being amongst the best in the whole of the UK which is a glowing accolade for all involved. We are very much looking forward to attending the awards and finding out if we can continue to add to the titles we have previously won.

“Congratulations to the other conveyancing companies who have been shortlisted and we look forward to sharing what we are sure will be a very enjoyable evening with them at the Gala Awards Dinner in September.”
