Experience: After graduating with a degree in business management, Laith worked for a leading bank in its investment division. Having gained several years’ banking experience he decided to re-train and pursue a legal career. Since qualification as a solicitor his practice has focused on wills, trusts and estates, with a particular emphasis on litigation in those areas. He has also dealt with cases of negligence against other professionals in relation to will/trust preparation and pension advice.

Laith is noted as a ‘leading individual’ in the field of contentious wills, trusts and estates in the 2015/16/17 and 18 editions of the prestigious Legal 500 publication.

Rhidian’s work encompasses the following:

Rhidian is a Partner and Head of the firm’s Commercial Property. He is involved in all aspects of commercial property work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work.
Rhidian works on both commercial and residential property developments, assisting developers with site acquisitions, the development documentation, infrastructure, statutory and planning agreements, any associated construction documentation and advising clients on the disposals to contract.
