We shall represent you throughout the divorce process, complete all of the necessary forms, liaise with the court and provide you with regular updates as to how your divorce is progressing. All of the documentation needed to complete your divorce will be completed and filed at court for you. Your solicitor will check the documents to ensure they are completed correctly. To enable us to complete your divorce application forms you will be required to complete a questionnaire. You are responsible for ensuring that all of the information provided to the solicitor is correct.

WARNING: This managed divorce package has been designed for straightforward uncontested divorces only. Your spouse must agree to the divorce and you must have an up to date address for your spouse. The courts of England and Wales must have jurisdiction to deal with your divorce and no other proceedings relating to the marriage have been issued in England or Wales or abroad.

In all cases the court will charge a petition fee of £550 unless you are in receipt of benefits or have a low income in which case you may be eligible for a fee exemption for all or part of the court fees.

Protect your assets! Even once you have divorced your husband or wife could still make an application to the court in relation to the matrimonial finances, even if you have already divided the assets. The only way to prevent your spouse from making even an application is to obtain an order from the court. Such orders can be made by consent when the parties have agreed a financial settlement.
