Howells Solicitors have appointed an industry renowned legal expert as their new Head of Litigation.
With over 30 years’ experience, Mark Woloshak joins the growing law firm from a national practice where he headed the Dispute Resolution department and will be responsible for leading Howells’s own team working on complex cases for clients throughout the UK.

Specialising in commercial litigation and property disputes, whilst working in London, Mr Woloshak gained an enviable reputation for his legal expertise in his chosen field of law and he had several multi-national companies amongst his clients.
His previous cases have included an intergovernmental dispute and a large-scale international arbitration involving goldmines.
Commenting on his appointment, Mark Woloshak said:
“Although I was happy in my previous role, I have joined Howells as it provides me an opportunity to develop an already well-established Litigation Department to better serve the business community within South Wales and further afield.”
