On 14th October Howells Solicitors are hosting a 1 hour practical training session for employers operating in a post-furlough world. Our topics will cover:

  • Flexible working requests and hybrid working
  • Redundancies

The training session will be presented by Gemma Bailey, Head of Employment and Nayo Kirkpatrick, Associate Solicitor.

What to Expect from the Event

During the online training session, we will be working through case studies and discussing some key themes from the post-furlough environment and providing the most recent legislation updates.

There will also be a Q&A session afterwards and all attendees will have complimentary access to the recorded webinar presentation and model answers to the case studies for their own reference.

Explaining the benefits of attending, Gemma Bailey comments:

“The pandemic has caused a major reset to the working environment. The objective of this training seminar is to provide all attendees with a clear understanding of the legal factors to consider when managing them. We want to inform and advise the attendees so they can feel confident and empowered to make the sound decisions for their businesses and organisations.”

How to Get Involved

The information we will be providing will cover a wide range of industry sectors and of course our legal experts will be available to provide specific legal advice and assistance for individual attendees.

The cost of the seminar is just £25+VAT and following receipt of payment you will be sent a link to access the seminar on 14th October at 12:30. Tickets for the seminar can be purchased here
