Our award entry focused on the breadth of services our residential conveyancing and commercial real estate teams provide to clients across South Wales and beyond. Despite the volatile property market over the past 12 months, we have maintained strong instruction levels and increased transaction volumes since November 2022.
The judges were impressed with our work on major development projects, property financing deals, and growth in employee numbers and promotions. Our investment in new IT systems that enabled remote working and the launch of a client portal were also highlighted as innovative developments.
