Job Description
We are currently looking for Post Completion Assistant / Administrator to join our busy Residential Conveyancing department in our Cardiff Office. As part of this role, you will be responsible for dealing with a variety of matters upon the completion of the conveyancing transaction. This is a great role for a candidate looking to gain valuable experience within legal services and play a crucial role within a fast-paced conveyancing department.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Submitting applications for change of property ownership.
- Reviewing completed registrations.
- Confirming registration with all relevant parties.
- Liaising with conveyancing teams within the firm.
- Reviewing ongoing caseload.
- Reviewing title documents upon registration.
- Dealing with Land Registry enquiries and communicating with a variety of third parties.
- Preparing AP1’s and letters to client in respect of the registrations.
- Maintaining excellent relationships.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working in a conveyancing administration role, supporting fee earners is desirable but not essential.
- Good IT skills, including experience with case / customer management systems.
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond expectations.
- Enjoy working in a small team and thrive in a busy environment.
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise workload.
