About Our 2019 Seminars
Aimed at business owners, HR managers and others tasked with dealing with employees, the seminars will cover a broad range of related topics within employment law to help you make sure you are operating within the law and safeguarding both the business and your employees.
The employment law seminars will be delivered by Bethan Southcombe, Head of Employment Law and her team of expert solicitors who will also be happy to answer any specific questions you might have.
The first in our series of 2019 Employment Law seminars will take place from 9:30 am to 11:30am in three venues (Registration from 9am).

The first is go in all guns blazing which risks a potential unfair dismissal claim as the correct procedure is not followed. The second are afraid of a claim being brought, so ignore bad behaviour.
At the seminar, we will give you the tools you need to deal with disciplinary and grievance issues in the workplace.
