Last week, members of our team in our Bridgend office attended the Bridgend Business Forum Awards where we had been shortlisted as a finalist in the Professional Services Business of the Year category.
It was a very well-organised event and we thoroughly enjoyed networking with other businesses and individuals in attendance.
When the winners of each of the categories were announced, we were absolutely thrilled to be invited to the stage to accept the Professional Services Business of the Year Award.

Mike Smith, Director of Howells said:

Vanessa Evans was one of the original team of four who were recruited to open the Bridgend office. Now a qualified conveyancer and one of 22 staff now employed in the office, Vanessa has been able to progress her career whilst working there and played a pivotal role in its growth.
Commenting on the award win, Vanessa said:
“To echo what Mike has said, we are a great team and do our very best to provide our clients with a professional service. Wining this award is a good indication that we are doing that.”

Now in its seventh year, the awards ceremony and dinner took place at the Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel, Coychurch, Bridgend. The Bridgend Borough Forum Awards recognise and reward excellence across all sectors in the county borough. Any company within the county borough, whether public, private or third sector can enter, regardless of size or sector.
