Last Friday, we were honoured to be invited to attend the fourth Cardiff Business Awards. The event celebrates the best businesses in Cardiff, and shortlists companies and individuals in 16 categories before announcing the winner at a celebratory dinner and awards which took place in City Hall, Cardiff.

Hosted by BBC journalist and presenter Sian Lloyd and attended by over 400 businessmen and women from the region, it was wonderful to learn about the successes of all involved and ultimately how they are making a positive economic impact in the region.

It was the first time Howells Solicitors have been shortlisted in these awards and we were named alongside three fellow financial and professional services companies in the category of the same name.

We didn’t win the award, but we were very pleased to be shortlisted and would like to offer our congratulations to CJCH Solicitors the winners and to fellow runners up Quantum Advisory and Wynne-Jones IP.

A Strong Start to the Year

Earlier in 2018 Howells Solicitors were delighted to win the Professional Services category of The Regional Awards – Cardiff, and at the end of the month we will be attending the finals of The Elite Awards in Cardiff as we have been shortlisted in The Law Award category. Furthermore, in July, we will be heading to Liverpool to attend the 2018 Modern Law Conveyancing Awards where we have been shortlisted in three categories.

Mark Hobbs, Managing Director of Howells Solicitors said:

“Whilst it would be fantastic to win all the awards we enter, we know that this isn’t always the case and would like to offer our congratulations to CJCH Solicitors and all the other winners and finalists who attended the event last week. Special thanks to all of our team at Howells Solicitors who are continuing to perform at the highest level enabling us to compete for these awards.”
