We were delighted to present at the ‘Meet the Experts – Calling all Home Buyers and Landlords’ event last week.

About the Event

Claudia Gallo, a solicitor in our multi-award winning residential conveyancing team, based in our head office in Cardiff, was invited to attend to the event. Organised by Virgin Money in their Cardiff Lounge, Claudia explained to the delegates how the conveyancing process works for both those buying and selling properties.

During her presentation, Claudia went through the step-by-step processes for each transaction. She provided her professional insights and knowledge into the different types of property searches and surveys, as well as what to do when completing a purchase or sale.

The delegates were primarily members of the public who were interested in learning more about the conveyancing process and the considerations when purchasing with a Buy to Let mortgage.

Claudia said:

“I enjoyed meeting the team from Virgin Money and providing my advice to those that attended.

“We understand that buying and selling properties can be an expensive and stressful experience. Purchasing a property is one of the most important investments you will make in your lifetime and it is therefore essential to select a conveyancer who has the expert knowledge of the process and who will be thorough in their duties when dealing with your property transaction.

“The conveyancing process can be quite daunting for some, but when using the services of an experienced law firm like Howells, who complete on the sale and purchase of thousands of properties each year, we have the knowledge, experience and legal specialists to provide clients with peace of mind and can ensure the whole process is as quick and seamless as possible.”
