Instead of constantly having to go in to see your solicitor, or keep dropping off papers and contracts, we can actually save you time. No more getting stuck in traffic or hunting the streets attempting to find the last parking space. We’re just a telephone, email or letter (recorded delivery) away. These levels of communication are also all completely free.

 

So, What About Signing Contracts?

We can send over contracts either via email or recorded and signed for delivery. It’s up to you. If we do email the contracts, all you need to do is print off the papers, sign them and send them to us by recorded delivery. This is also the same when we require any original documents or forms of Identification. Yes, it is that easy.

 

What Happens When I Need to Exchange?

Throughout the entire process, communication, is obviously key. On exchange, the first and most common point of contact is via phone. Solicitors throughout the UK take an authority to exchange via telephone. It is only, in exceptional circumstances, should you wish, that we can take authority from yourself in person.

 

Will I Get a Different Service from Those Who Live in Wales?

We offer the same service to our existing clients in England and Wales. All queries are dealt with in the same professional manner, contracts are sent out with the same options, and the process of exchanging is the same.
