The hard work of two experienced conveyancing specialists has been rewarded by the directors of Howells Solicitors with their promotion to the position of Senior Associate at the South Wales-based law firm.
Congratulations Joanna and Leah
Joanna Ingles, a licensed conveyancer based in their Newport office, has worked for the company for over a decade. During this time, Jo has helped establish the company’s presence in Newport and the surrounding areas, and developed strong working relationships with local estate agents, financial advisers and home buyers and sellers in the area.
Leah Moore, a residential conveyancing solicitor, has also been promoted as a result of her contribution to the success of the regional office which recently celebrated its fifth birthday. Leah was one of the original team of four in the Bridgend-based ‘Conveyancing Centre for Excellence’ which recently was named as the winner of the ‘Professional Service Business of the Year’ category at the Bridgend Business Forum Awards.
Commenting on her promotion, Jo Ingles said:
“I’m really pleased with my new position within the firm. I’ve spent the majority of my career to date at Howells, having previously left to go to another law firm for a short while a couple of years ago before re-joining in 2013, and am very pleased with my own career development, as well as the progress our Newport office has made in the local area.”
Leah Moore is equally pleased to accept her promotion to Senior Associate. She said:
“It’s very satisfying to be recognised within the firm. The Bridgend office is a productive environment to work in and allowed me to develop my residential conveyancing skills with the assistance of an experienced team around me. I am in a position where I can help my junior colleagues and it’s rewarding to be able to do this.”
