Rebecca is an Associate Solicitor in the family department, advising clients on a broad range of family law matters, including non-fault divorce and the financial matters arising from the marriage breakdown, and cohabitation disputes, helping them navigate complex issues.
In addition, Rebecca advises clients on matters concerning children, including child arrangements and applications for prohibited steps and specific court orders, as well matters involving applications for protective injunctions such as Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. Rebecca also specialises in the drafting of cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, and pre/post nuptial agreements.
