About Maria
Maria is a qualified Solicitor with a strong background in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, and Disease claims. She studied Law and Spanish at Cardiff University, graduating with a solid foundation in both legal and linguistic disciplines. Maria qualified as a solicitor in June 2016 and has since built experience across both Claimant and Defendant work.
Over the years, Maria has developed particular expertise in handling serious injury and multi-track claims. Her balanced experience on both sides of litigation gives her a unique perspective and strategic advantage when dealing with complex cases.
Maria joined Howells Solicitors in October 2025, bringing with her nearly a decade of experience and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
Outside of work, Maria is a keen runner who has completed several half marathons and a full marathon. When not clocking up the miles she can be found running around after her daughter or listening to her favourite country music artists.
