About Llio
Llio qualified as a solicitor in 1992 having done her law degree in Aberystwyth and solicitor finals in Chester. She joined Howells in 2021.
Llio has extensive experience in a wide range of property transactions, including development projects, acquisitions, disposals and refinance, acting for both individuals and companies. She also represents landowners in renewable energy transactions, including solar, wind and battery storage.
