About Jessica
Jessica read combined studies in social sciences at Durham University, followed by a postgraduate diploma at Manchester Metropolitan University and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law, Chester. She finished the LPC in 2002.
She trained as a solicitor in Manchester, qualifying in September 2004. She then moved to London where she worked in various City and West End law firms.
Jessica has experience in sales, purchases and secured-lending transactions. She has managed portfolios for investor clients and, on the tenant side, worked with retail clients, including several national chains.
Examples of her work include helping a healthcare fund obtain housing property for vulnerable adults who want to live independently and helping an animal welfare charity acquire new shops and secure lottery funding for improvements to their rescue centre.
Jessica moved back to Wales after the pandemic for a change of scenery and perspective. Jessica considers herself 100% Welsh as, although she wasn’t born here, her family is Welsh and she’s been visiting all her life.
In her spare time Jessica loves climbing (small) mountains with her rowdy schnauzers and enjoying the benefits of her husband having recently retrained as a chef!
