About Jayne
Jayne qualified as a solicitor in 1980. She joined Howells in 2002 and became a partner in 2003.
Jayne is known across South Wales for being an accomplished family law practitioner. She is a member of Resolution, ‘a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way.’
Jayne has a wealth of experience dealing with a wide range of family law issues.
She has successfully represented clients in high-value financial disputes, represented parents in care proceedings following local authority involvement and obtained non-molestation orders and occupation orders for clients who have been victims of domestic abuse.
Jayne has recently obtained several special guardianship orders for people who seek to care for children in their family and so prevent adoption or foster placements.
