Emma graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2010 with a 2:1 degree in law and criminology. She completed her Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) Diploma in Legal Practice in 2018 and became a team leader shortly after.
We had a deadline to complete before the new financial year. Emma was aware of this and went above and beyond to ensure the deadline was met.
