Simple Managed Divorce Petition

£99.00 plus VAT
For just £99.00 plus VAT Howells Solicitors will draft your Divorce Petition providing you with all of the documentation needed to start your divorce, ready to file at court. The petition document (which is used to commence your divorce) is a standard document, however if this document is not completed correctly a Judge may refuse to grant your divorce, potentially resulting in further evidence and or applications having to be made to court, delaying the proceedings and increasing costs.

By completing a straightforward questionnaire you can provide us with all of the information we need to professionally draft your Divorce Petition for you, thereby limiting the risk of complications further down the divorce process and ensuring a simple divorce. You will be responsible for ensuring all of the information provided in the questionnaire and subsequently the Petition is accurate and complete. You will also be responsible for filing the Divorce Petition, managing the process and liaising with the court.

Clean Break

Protect your assets! Even once you have divorced your husband or wife could still make an application to the court in relation to the matrimonial finances, even if you have already divided the assets. The only way to prevent your spouse from making even an application is to obtain an order from the court. Such orders can be made by consent when the parties have agreed a financial settlement. If there is such an agreement Howells solicitors can prepare a consent order and statement in support from just £350.00 plus VAT.
