Thinking of selling a house or flat? If so, then the law states that prospective buyers are provided with a Home Information Pack (HIP). Here at Howells, we have the ability to produce our own Home Information Packs (HIPS) using the experience and resources from within our firm .

As well as being able to offer these packs at a very competitive price, it places us in the unique position of having complete control over the time taken to create a HIP, therefore ensuring you a quick turnaround on your HIP.

Home Information Packs (HIPS) are a set of important documents and include a sale statement, evidence of title, an Energy Performance Certificate  (we are also able to organise Energy Performance Certificates for rental properties), Local Authority and drainage searches and, if you are selling a leasehold property, a copy of the lease.
