HOWELLS BUILDS UP ITS NEW BUILD TEAM

Law firm, Howells, has strengthened its specialist new build residential conveyancing team with the appointment of solicitor, Claire Wilde in its Swansea office.

Claire Wilde, who has relocated from Howells’ Cardiff office will now head up the dedicated new build department in Swansea, working closely with new home developers across South West Wales offering conveyancing services to their clients.

A University of Glamorgan graduate, Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has worked for Howells for over eighteen months. She is experienced in new build conveyancing, understanding the pressures of site staff and always working closely with them as a team.

Philip Howell, partner and head of New Build at Howells Solicitors, said: “Our new build team is expanding rapidly. We already have dedicated teams in both our Cardiff and Newport offices and we see Swansea and West Wales as a key growth area for us.

"Claire is a great asset to our new build team and I’m sure she will enjoy building new relationships with developers across South West Wales.”
